OUR TEAM
Our team is our assets, each team member has been hand-picked considering there honesty, willing to work and dedication. There are all quite well experienced and with their daily operations. They take ownership of the assignments and ensure that the cargo of the customer is delivered on-time without any damage. Team has experience of transporting and handling various types of cargo like chemicals, F&B, electronics, textile etc.
For special requirements, Our team members also holds chemical handling permit from BELHASSA INSTITUTE. They are been trained to always learn new process from our customers which enable them to perform their duties independently. Our team is also flexible to deliver the goods any time of day or night at customer satisfaction. They are very friendly in nature and work with our customer hand in hand as one team.
OUR FLEET
OUR FLEETS ARE OUR PILLARS. We have more that 12+ trucks serving our customer all over UAE. We currently have our own 3 ton trucks that was well maintained with regular check-ups. As the UAE Law all the trucks are always cleaned before the next customer trips. We also manage 3rd party logistics service providers to manage other tasks for FTL and FCL business.
Our Support
Our Team has been trained to handle the cargo as per customer protocols and deliver as per customer requirements. As a part of visibility and transparency, we also always inform the customer and the key stakeholders on the status well in advance. We have a dedicated planning team to plan the deliveries to full utilize our own and our 3rd party vehicles.
We deliver our cargo any time of the day and night as per customer requirements. We also perform additional activities just in-case as per customer request. Our aim is to ultimately give customer a smile and satisfaction for the services rendered.
